# Edgewood University tops Loras College, 3-1

Edgewood defeated Loras 3-1 (20-25, 25-9, 38-36, 25-23) on September 26, 2026, at Mitchell Hall in La Crosse, Wis., to improve to 11-3 on the season.

Edgewood's attack efficiency told much of the story: the Eagles posted a .270 hitting percentage to Loras's .190, generating 71 kills to the Duhawks' 51\. The gap was sharpest in set two, where Edgewood swung .467 against Loras's .040, building an early cushion it would never surrender. Loras held a slight edge in aces (6-4), but Edgewood countered with a 10-8 advantage in blocks and 69 digs to Loras's 62.

Reagan Siebler led all attackers with 20 kills, while Nida Zukauskaite added 16 kills, 10 digs, and 2 aces for an all-around night. Molly Amendt chipped in 13 kills on .440 efficiency. For Loras, McKenna Carroll was sharp with 17 kills on an impressive .652 percentage, and Cat Meyer contributed 11 kills and 9 digs.

The third set was the match's centerpiece, stretching to 38-36 after neither team could secure a two-point edge through multiple extra-point exchanges — Edgewood finally closing it with back-to-back Molly Amendt kills.

The win moves Edgewood to 11-3 overall and 1-0 in NACC play, while Loras falls to 6-9 to open conference action.
